CONFLICTS BETWEEN TEACHER - STUDENT

In their activities, teachers face problems related to the discipline of students, that is, the negative attitude of students to education and training. They make certain demands on students and expect the students to follow those demands unconditionally. The relationship between a student and a teacher can be compared to a conflict on the street, because the student's relationship with the teacher manifests itself in the form of conflict and problematic behavior. In order to have a constructive impact on those who do not comply with discipline, it is necessary to determine what are the true motives for such behavior and, based on this, choose methods for finding a solution to the problem. This approach creates mutual respect between teacher and student.
